You support the Pima County Public Library when you donate gently-used books and audio/video items to the Friends of the Pima County Public Library. Your donations help the Friends provide funding to the Library to encourage literacy and personal growth through library programs and services.
We are closed on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & following Friday, December 25th
The Friends are environmentally friendly! Books that we don’t sell here are sent to a bulk buyer and given another chance at being sold. We receive 50% of any income from our book sales through that company. Books that are damaged or outdated are sent to a recycling company that recycles the book pages. The recycling company pays us by the ton so even books we can’t use provide income for the Friends.
